ICT+ 2009 continues the series of International Conferences in the field of information and communication technologies and information society development. The conference aims at bringing together researchers and scientists dealing with fundamental and applied research for reporting on the latest theoretical developments and applications in the fields involved.

- Information and Communication Technologies in Public Administration (ICT+government),
- Information and Communication Technologies in Business (ICT+business),
- Information and Communication Technologies for Society (ICT+citizen),
- Information and Communication Technologies in Science (ICT+science).
In this context and taking into account the importance of implementing ICT in a vast range of fields, we are pleased to invite you to participate at the International Conference ICT+ “Information and Communication Technologies - 2009”.
